I gave this place three trips all of them were terrible. The food is normal but waiting 30 minutes in the drive through (2 cars ahead of me) for a fast food burger is bad.

Use to come alot and service was good. Now getting our food takes longer and longer each time. Been wsiting 40 minutes. They need to hire better workers. Or better managers. Maybe its just the new generation workers. Gonna be the last time coming here.

I waited over an hour for a chicken sandwich at this restaurant. It's absurd, in my opinion. When the server finally came out to take my payment, I asked how much longer it would be. She said it should be ready soon. (If it's ready, why did I wait another 10 minutes? She could have at least brought me my drink.) She was also very rude when she took my card.

I had to take a break from this Whataburger location. The new manager has only been there for a week, so I'll give it another shot in a few weeks to see if things have improved. I ordered through the drive-thru but realized I forgot my wallet, so I had to drive home to get it. When I returned, the car ahead of me had just finished ordering after a 14-minute round trip. I went inside and saw that my shakes and drinks were ready, and my food was nearly done. After waiting for a while, I asked about my order and was told they were just waiting on fresh fries. After a 15-minute wait, I finally got my food and left. However, when I got home and checked the bag, I found cold fries. I had ordered meals and shakes for two, totaling $30. The manager offered to refund my meal if I came back, but it's not just about the money. The staff really need better training and management. It’s Whataburger, after all! I genuinely wish the new manager good luck because I want to keep enjoying Whataburger.

The service at this restaurant was very disappointing—slow and unfriendly. I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru for a simple order, and there was no way for me to leave once I was stuck behind other cars. When I finally received my order and checked the bag five minutes later, I discovered that they had given me someone else's food. When I called back to speak with the manager, she was unhelpful and refused to issue a refund, showing a rude attitude. I will never return to this Whataburger again.
