When the server finally came out to take my payment, I asked how much longer it would be. She said it should be ready soon. (If it's ready, why did I wait another 10 minutes? She could have at least brought me my drink.) She was also very rude when she took my card.

I ordered through the drive-thru but realized I forgot my wallet, so I had to drive home to get it. When I returned, the car ahead of me had just finished ordering after a 14-minute round trip. I went inside and saw that my shakes and drinks were ready, and my food was nearly done. After waiting for a while, I asked about my order and was told they were just waiting on fresh fries. After a 15-minute wait, I finally got my food and left. However, when I got home and checked the bag, I found cold fries. I had ordered meals and shakes for two, totaling $30. The manager offered to refund my meal if I came back, but it's not just about the money. The staff really need better training and management. It’s Whataburger, after all! I genuinely wish the new manager good luck because I want to keep enjoying Whataburger.

I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru for a simple order, and there was no way for me to leave once I was stuck behind other cars. When I finally received my order and checked the bag five minutes later, I discovered that they had given me someone else's food. When I called back to speak with the manager, she was unhelpful and refused to issue a refund, showing a rude attitude. I will never return to this Whataburger again.
