I'm so upset about this. Let's start from the beginning. There was one car in the drive threw when we pulled up. Our order was simple. 2 number ones, light mustard, and 1 small extra fry, for the little one. We waited in the drive threw for 35 minutes..... 35 minutes!!!! Had I not already paid, I would have drove off! While waiting, we watched 4 employees pull thier phones out... not to mention we never got any kind of check in, while we were waiting. the fries are cooking, the burger is cooking, ect. ...When we got our food, we discovered that the Small fry we ordered, was thrown into the bottom of the bag. So I gave my little one a bag to his fries out of........ Just beyond frustrated. ??
Absolutly disappointed in this location... over 30 mins in the drive threw for 2 burgers and 3 fries.. opened the bag and they just dumped the small fry I ordered for my son into a bag no fry box. Horrible service.. fries were pretty much cold. Had I not already paid for our food I would have driven away... get your s together management.
This place is bad. We waited for more than five minutes before someone even acknowledged us at the drive through.Then while ordering they weren't listening and said I ordered a number 4 and 5 and I said no I ordered a number 1 and 4 and then she said well you said you didn't want it so I canceled it, making it my fault. She also had a tone in her voice I didn't appreciate They need to hire more competent staff.
I'm really disappointed with my experience. When we arrived, there was only one car ahead of us in the drive-thru, and our order was straightforward: two number ones with light mustard and one small extra fry for the little one. We ended up waiting in the drive-thru for 35 minutes—yes, 35 minutes! If I hadn’t already paid, I would have just driven away. While waiting, we noticed four employees on their phones, and at no point did anyone check in with us or update us on the status of our order. When we finally received our food, the small fry we ordered was just tossed at the bottom of the bag. I had to give my little one the bag to get to his fries. Honestly, it was incredibly frustrating.
