I made an unexpected stop at Subway, which I don't usually do. The manager was the only staff member working and she was also manning the cash register. Despite being busy, she provided excellent customer service and ensured that the line moved quickly. There were no complaints from customers. I decided to try the Outlaw Steak sandwich and it was delicious. I will definitely recommend this sandwich to others. View all feedback.

Metro! I do not want to vent my frustration on this particular establishment, but the sandwiches I purchased today for my family were significantly smaller compared to two months ago. I can understand prices increasing due to inflation under Joe Biden's administration, but raising prices and shrinking portion sizes? No thanks! I will not be returning. View all feedback.

I just came from there and it took the woman 20 minutes to make my sandwich. When I asked about honey mustard, she just put regular mustard on it. The other woman who helped her was very rude. Two other customers left while I was waiting. The sandwich was also overpriced. I definitely won't be returning to this place.

I visit Longview about five or six times per month. I have been in this subway three or four times and every single time it has been very extremely slow. There is no sense of urgency at all. They do not even make eye contact or say they will be with you as quickly as they can. My visit was during lunchtime, there were seven people in front of me, only two people working, and my visit took 18 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I paid. This is totally unacceptable and should be totally unacceptable to the owner.
