They could really benefit from letting the delicious aroma of their fresh bread and cookies waft out, just like Walmart does!

I’m not expecting them to prepare a sandwich at lightning speed, but there’s really no reason for it to take 5-7 minutes. Additionally, the salads often look old and unappetizing. On top of that, the employees don’t seem to communicate much. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Someone eventually came on the speaker, saying they would be with me shortly, but I ended up waiting for six minutes, greeting them three times without getting a response. Frustrated, I decided to leave, but I got stuck behind a car at the drive-thru window. Once I finally made it through, I was surprised to see that the entire parking lot was empty. I have no idea how long the customers at the window had been there, but they only received a small drink and a brown paper bag. It seems like it took every employee there an eternity to prepare such a simple order. Who trained these staff members?

There were five employees present, yet not one of them greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. The person preparing my sandwich seemed completely disinterested, as if he would rather be anywhere else. I actually felt sorry for him. I opted not to request lettuce or tomatoes because the options available were minimal and looked quite bruised.
