The chicken is very good but the attitudes are terrible. I recently went to the window to order my food and she told me that they close the window at 9:00 but it was 8:17 if you don’t want to do your job go work somewhere else. It’s not the customers fault that you chose that occupation.And were is the manager who is hiring all these unprofessional people View all feedback.
I always try to give a fair and honest review that is said?.I?m from the NW. When we moved to Texas, I discovered Churches Chicken and it became my new gold standard. According to a friend recommended Southern Classic Chicken, I decided to give it an attempt. First out, the red beans are the best flavored beans?s I had in my life! Absolutely amazing! Second, the chicken? if you are extra crispy with a tiny bit of spice, this is your place. It was absolutely the best roasted chicken I ever tasted. If you haven't tried this place, you have a fantastic meal experience!
Placed my order the drive-thru. After I paid for my order I was told that I would have to wait 20 to 30 minutes. Usually they tell you before you pay. I asked do I receive a drink or an extra piece of chicken for having to wait. I was told I could get an apple pie. I stated I don't eat apple pies. I really would like a cup of cold water. They suggested that I don't drink the water. I asked what do they suggest I drink? They offered me a Fanta Strawberry drink. I explained to the workers that I was from Shreveport born raised home of the 1st Southern Classic Chicken. When customers have to wait half an hour something is offered for waiting. The chicken was hot crispy, fries were fresh hot. The rolls are not the original but they will do. It was worth the wait. The grease needs to be changed. I would recommend this Southern Classic, just don't go if you are hungry don't want to wait for the cook to marinate flour the chicken.

Time vs. Quality? Quality will always win. The wait time in drive through at times can be a bit extreme but for the love of chicken I would ask Jesus if he could postpone his return for my near daily fix. I know I?m not clucking but I have feathers growing from the amount I I eat weekly. The freshness, the friendliness of staff that works in drive through is great. Popeyes, nor Church?s chicken come close to them.
The food was so good never had it before hot n fresh the taste wàs unreal we need one in kiefer bluff arkansas. the young lady who served me was so professionally very nice and helpful when I ordered my food. I come back to South chicken on the road.
