Came though driving thru at 4:10pm on Sun Feb 12 to order a drink I sat in drive thru for 15 minutes and no one took my order I was the third car driving in this 15 minutes time frame and there was a car sitting on drive thru window not recommended View all feedback.
We waited 45 minutes and never got food. We saw everything he was talking to other children in the parking lot. Never. Terrible service.
My husband and I stopped there, I had the country fried steak burger onion rings and got a stomach bug. Old grease.
Ordered our food online....app wasn't working AGAIN....pulled up and checked in online...within seconds the screen says my food was being brought out.....5 mins later....no food....pushed the red button...waited forever for an answer....said I was waiting on my food still and it was brought immediately out.....missing a drink....missing a whole meal....then you gotta check out the pick of what they sold me as pickle fries! Pickle greasy mush was more like it. Oh and this location currently has a B as a food rating on the window just FYI!
Never will I ever eat from any Sonic. It upset my stomach all night long. Either it was dirty grease or meat was not right. I had there country fried steak burger onion rings. ?
Sad to report i had a not so positive experience tonight. The girl at the window was not in a good mood, scowling and rolling eyes. She didn't speak a word to me hi, here you go, thanks). Two items were missed from my order she clearly did not want to come back to the window to see what I needed. When I told her the one item I noticed,, she yelled to the back, handed it to me and didn't even look in my direction. :
