We waited 45 minutes and never got food. We saw all he help talking with other kids in the parking lot. NEVER GOT FOOD. Horrible service.

This restaurant is just unacceptable. My husband ordered a burger without lettuce, but when it arrived, it had lettuce melted into the cheese, so he sent it back. Instead of preparing a new one, the staff took it back, scraped off what they could, and then tried to cover the remaining bits of lettuce and cheese on the same bun and patty with mustard. What?! The owner of this location really needs to address issues with management, the employees, and their overall operation. They are damaging the reputation of the business, and I won't be returning. They need to do better.

I ordered my food online, but the app was malfunctioning once again. When I arrived and checked in, the screen quickly indicated that my food was being brought out. However, five minutes passed and I still hadn't received anything. I pressed the red button for assistance and waited for what felt like an eternity. Eventually, someone came and I mentioned that I was still waiting for my food, which they then brought out right away. Unfortunately, my order was incomplete—one drink was missing and one entire meal was not included. And to top it off, what they called "pickle fries" was a disappointment; they were more like greasy mush than anything else. Just a heads-up, this location has a "B" food rating displayed on the window!

I'm sorry to say that my experience tonight was quite disappointing. The girl at the window seemed to be in a bad mood, frowning and rolling her eyes. She didn’t greet me at all—no “hi,” no “here you go,” no “thank you.” Additionally, two items from my order were missing, and she clearly didn’t want to come back to the window to check what I needed. When I pointed out one of the missing items, she shouted to the back, handed it to me without even looking in my direction, and that was it.

I ordered food through the Sonic App and received regular tots instead of the free cheese tots I redeemed with my cheeseburger purchase. This was very disappointing.
