Sonic Drive-in - Longview

The food was served hot, particularly the onion rings. They were perfectly breaded and cooked, earning a solid 5 stars! Additionally, they included napkins and ketchup in both bags.

Instead of parking and waiting for assistance, I went through the drive-thru to let them know what happened. I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to prepare the two missing burgers, so in total, I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for a call-ahead order. The restaurant wasn't very busy, so I wasn't sure why they overlooked the missing cheeseburgers. I was just relieved I checked my bag before heading home; if I had gotten home first, my kids would have been very upset and hungry!

Would be able to have better service and food if the superviser wasn't outside talking to coworkers /friends.

I’m very disappointed. My chicken strips and other items were overcooked and served cold. The gravy was also cold and too thick to warm up in the microwave. The footlong hotdogs were hard and cold as well. I’m not sure who is cooking or managing tonight, but they really need to improve the customer service. Normally, we don’t have any complaints, but tonight makes me reconsider coming back.

The food was fantastic! The young lady who served us was incredibly sweet. I truly enjoyed my meal!
