The gravy was a... read more I’m quite disappointed with my recent visit to Sonic Drive-in. The chicken strips and other items from the menu were overcooked and served cold. The gravy was also cold and too thick to heat properly in the microwave. Additionally, the footlong hotdogs were hard and cold. It’s unclear who was cooking or managing tonight, but there is definitely a need to improve customer service. Normally, we have no complaints, but this experience has made me rethink returning.

I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes for them to p... read more Rather than parking and waiting for help, I decided to use the drive-thru to inform them of the issue. I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes for them to prepare the two missing burgers, which meant I waited nearly 30 minutes in total for my call-ahead order. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy, so I was unsure why they missed the cheeseburgers. I was just glad I checked my bag before leaving; if I had gone home first, my kids would have been very upset and hungry!
