Well I drive past here just about every day it 's late me on the main road hwy 259 thru Kilgore,Tx it 's seems to always have some customers there I stop in every now again, couple two or three days ago I was coming in from Gladewater off Tx42 got me a Sonic 2 w/ mustard, tater tots and a drink for like $7 they serve 'em up hot an tasty and the cool drink felt ssoo good , go ahead ,stop in an see 'um yourself.

Disgusting....waited in drive thru 10 minutes. Got a small burger and tots. They were cold as hell. They were playing ,hollering and screaming to busy for ur customers. Very disappointed

We made a simple online order for two, and it was shown on the screen that it was on the way. We waited 20 mins—and still no order. We pressed the button to let them know we still had not received the order. They told us it was on the way again. We waited another 20 mins or so and pressed the button again to let them know that we STILL hadn't received the order. We had watched many other orders received but not ours. Some orders were just drinks and had just pulled up after us. When we got the order, it was supposed to come with a shake which was melted. The food was also now lukewarm. I sent the shake back because I didn't pay for chocolate milk. It took them about 15 mins to bring the shake back. The sad part is it wasn't even busy. I've noticed that the customer service at several of these Sonic locations has gone down the drain over the years. They need to bring back the old vhs training videos or something because, wow.

Never fails every time I order from the app it's always always always A: its never ready in a timely fashion. B:Even if I order an hour in advance. And pay for it in advance. STILL NOT READY! C: It's never correct. People have allergies and can't eat certain things. IF WE Don't WANT LETTUCE OR ONIONS DON'T PUT IT ON IT!!! !!!GET IT RIGHT!!! ITS FOOD NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.
