The BBQ was the best I ever put in my mouth. The staff was very friendly and polite and accommodating. Great atmosphere and the music was the best. BBQ, Blues and Beer only no beer so I had sweet tea. The only problem is I live in Plano Tx and there is nothing like it in the area. Not even Rudy’s, which I love. Oh, and the desert was a treat, Toffee a slice of fried bacon covered in semi sweet chocolate. Heaven!!! View all feedback.
What Wesley Bowles doesn't like about Bodacious Bar-B-Q:
As someone from the Carolina's who doesn't know brisket, I am sad to say, but I have had better. Overall the brisket is dry for my taste. My philosophy is if you need to put sauce on it to moisten it, it is too dry. Turkey is good, the beans are good, and the Mac n' Cheese is a bit below average in my opinion. Overall, not bad and not great. View all feedback.
Great brisket- great service. It could be the best bride, or at least as good as the best bride I've ever eaten. Potato salad and beans are also really good
I have a rib sandwich and other stuff. The guy acts like he didn't even want to put meat on the other sandwiches they were so small, but the burnt ribs have me. If I spend almost $400 in your business Eva thing as big and not burned like these ribs. I waited three weeks to get a good grill, and I get sandwiches?

Very good grill, but not the best we ever had in Texas. Kudos to keep the value high and prices relatively low. Hot links were good, but not too sharp, and Brisket was tender. I really liked the sauce. Quint inside atmosphere with fun and interesting decor. Food: 4/5
Holy smokes! It'd been 35 years since I'd been here. I've moved all over the country since then and settled in Houston. I finally decided to take the road trip to Longview just for Bodacious. It was Phenomenal!!! That first bite of brisket almost brought me to tears. And the turkey was incredibly flavorful. The potato salad was the best I've ever had in my life! Thank you, Bodacious! Keep doing you!
