Siam Spice - Longview
Siam Spice
Description
A cautionary dining note: service is reportedly slow or nonexistent for dine‑in guests as staff prioritize takeout, and the dining atmosphere feels neglected. Food quality is inconsistent and pricey — a fatty basil chicken and a scalding crab puff that burned a customer’s mouth are cited. Lack of temperature warnings and inattentive staff raise safety concerns; consider ordering to-go and exercise caution with hot items.

I was visiting for the night and decided to have dinner at Siam Spice. I ordered the pineapple curry and potstickers. The potstickers were outstanding, and the curry was also very tasty, packed with flavor and a good amount of spice. I will definitely return the next time I'm in town.
Thank you, sir. I apologize on behalf of my in-laws for mentioning that your Thai iced tea was too sweet and the food was too salty. You can't please everyone, but my boyfriend and I loved the food. We will definitely be back someday!
I liked the food by the previous owner but I love this food. I took my family for dinner and everything was amazing. We had the pork belly fried rice, Penang curry, the crispy duck, lemongrass chicken, and stir fry sweet and sour with tofu. Amazing. The meat is succulent and large pieces. You don’t have to hunt for it in the rice. We got mango and sticky rice to go. The staff were friendly and efficient . There are several Thai food restaurants in Longview but none as good as Farmsook. Highly recommended. Vegetarian options: Substitute tofu Dietary restrictions: I’m vegan and got the sweet and sour stir fry with tofu
The Fresh rolls with peanut butter sauce were delicious. The Siam Coconut soup, Drunken noodles, and crispy duck were very good. Prices are resonable as well. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
The food and service are excellent. However, I would advise you to pay with Cash, not a credit card. It's a good thing we checked our receipts (there were 3 of us each paying for their own meal) somehow $8 $11 tips were added to our $18 meals! It was a real hassle getting it fixed. They also charge an additional 3% for credit card transactions. The bottom line The food is great, but pay for your meals with cash only. Service: Dine in
