that was my second time here in a few years. the food was good. we had pasta alfredo and a calzone pizza. the practice of extending the card processing fee to the customers is very questionable. especially if it does not communicate directly (e.g. in the menu). So minus 1 star. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Rotolo's Pizzeria:
Food was great as always, but our waitress left much to be desired. There were five of us in our party and maybe 2 other people in the restaurant and 3 or 4 at the bar. We placed our order then had to REMIND the waitress and ask when one of beers was, where our appetizer was etc because said waitress was too busy chatting and visiting with people at the bar. Had an order delivered, didn 't get half my order, proceed to call up to the restaurant just to see if it was out or if I could get a substitute maybe, was hung up on as soon as I said I had an order, hey maybe it was just busy or they accidentally had a phone issue, called again and was hung up immediately. Horrible customer service by a long shot. It was a women that 's about as much as I got from them saying Hello thank you for calling rotolo 's. First and last time I 'm ordering from here that 's for sure.
We come every Sunday for trivia. The waitstaff is very personable and because we are regulars everyone knows us. The food and drinks are always very good.
Their trivia nights are so fun and great food while playing!
We do trivia at Rotolo’s every Sunday night, and we always look forward to it! The food is consistently good, the beer selection is fabulous, and the waitstaff have become our friends. Two thumbs up!
