The spring rolls were priced at $2-$3, and the egg rolls at $4-$3, but they were also very small. We chose this place because I heard they might be struggling due to the economy, and the other pho restaurant is always rude. However, it looks like I might have to either endure the rudeness or learn to make pho myself! Maybe the takeout would be better—I really can’t say for sure.
