Insane that you might get 1 packet of soy sauce for $20 worth of items and the audacity in their face when you ask for more.

Today, while I was waiting for my takeout food, I observed one of the employees leave the food counter to sweep and clean around the trash cans, using her bare... read more Today, while I was waiting for my takeout food, I observed one of the employees leave the food counter to sweep and clean around the trash cans, using her bare hands to push in the trash. After finishing that task, she returned directly behind the counter and began filling orders and serving food without washing her hands. Concerned, I approached the cashier and requested to speak to the manager, only to find out that it was indeed the manager who had been serving food with unclean hands. Although she apologized and remade my order after washing her hands, this situation shows a clear disregard for health codes. There is a handwashing station just a couple of feet away from the counter, making it all the more concerning that she didn’t use it. I will definitely think twice before returning to this restaurant.

The portions are consistently small, and prices have been increasing. I won't be dining at this restaurant again. I hope this feedback is helpful to others.

The girl who picks up our order has... read more Quite disappointed by customer service tonight. My husband and I drove through the drive to order and we got only two bowls. The girl who picks up our order has somehow added our order after my husband repeated? No, I just need two bowls. One with orange chicken and rice, one with kung pao chicken and rice.? She said at one point: Oh, my God, what's going on and he repeated it again. She cried to drag us to the window and another girl asks us if we have three bowls, and we said no, only two bowls. And the girl I guess took our order, she looked at and said something like? Oh, my God, I asked him if he was and he said, okay? very loud to hear for us and then she went away. I worked for a long time in customer service and it's sad to see how patient my husband was with her when she got it wrong, but how rude she was after the knowledge that we were right there. You don't want to get back. And we called four times and no one will answer
