Panda Express - Longview

We arrived just before the dining area was closing and ordered the orange chicken. Despite being a bit tipsy, the staff kindly offered to make a fresh batch for us. The children were delighted! They were accommodating even though it was towards the end of their closing time. The service was excellent too! Overall, we give the food a 5/5 rating.

Overall, the customer service was a bit slow but eventually picked up. The atmosphere was lively and the teamwork among the staff was good. I tried the Peking duck and it was delicious!

The food at this restaurant was delicious. The service inside was a bit slow, but was great in the drive-thru. I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

You didn't fix my sauce. I had to wait for them to cook 15 min more orange chicken. had nothing to do with it because I knew it was hot). Then home and it is almost complete rice very little chicken. We can do this better!!

Today, while waiting for my exception food, I saw that one of the staff left the food counter and then begin to sweep and go to the garbage cans and push them into the garbage with their bare hands. Then, when she was finished, she went right back behind the counter and started filling orders and serving food with her bare hands. I went to checkout and asked to see the manager, well it seems that it was the manager who served the food with dirty hands. While she apologised and deleted my order after washing her hands, it is still a complete disregard for the health code. And there is a handwashing station right next to the food counter, she didn't even need more than 2 feet out of the way. I will definitely think twice before I go back.
