Insane that you might get 1 packet of soy sauce for $20 worth of items and the audacity in their face when you ask for more.

Today, while I was waiting for my takeout food, I observed one of the employees leave the food counter to sweep and clean around the trash cans, using her bare... read more Today, while I was waiting for my takeout food, I observed one of the employees leave the food counter to sweep and clean around the trash cans, using her bare hands to push in the trash. After finishing that task, she returned directly behind the counter and began filling orders and serving food without washing her hands. Concerned, I approached the cashier and requested to speak to the manager, only to find out that it was indeed the manager who had been serving food with unclean hands. Although she apologized and remade my order after washing her hands, this situation shows a clear disregard for health codes. There is a handwashing station just a couple of feet away from the counter, making it all the more concerning that she didn’t use it. I will definitely think twice before returning to this restaurant.

The portions are consistently small, and prices have been increasing. I won't be dining at this restaurant again. I hope this feedback is helpful to others.

Walked in about 45 mins before close, they had a huge order waiting on food when arrived plus drive through and lobby guests (us included). While waiting Orange Chicken ran out but they had a new batch finished, however that batch was gone even before we ordered and they didn't call out the need for another batch until it was gone. Another batch should have been made after that one. So that's additional time. Then while ordering (and waiting) they got a batch of fried rice but there was plenty still however Chow Mein was low and was wanted and had to wait for that too but shoukd had have been made sooner. This location seems to have a bad sense of food needs. When we left there was still a line of cars in the drive through and a handful of people in the lobby waiting on food. I'm sure some were not going to be getting what they wanted. Lastly the fortune cookie I had was stale, food was average, as expected.
