Me and a buddy from work go there a few times a week just for their fried tacos with consomé. (birria tacos). They are hands down THE best spot in longview, and have some of the nicest staff. It’s sad because this restaurant has a ton of potential. It’s very spacious and modern, but the food was awful. My tacos were greasy and cold. They served me what I assume was canned queso and it was freezing. Then I watched them put a giant bowl in a microwave then serve it to me again and it was lumpy. Chips tasted like bad oil.
