What Ordabek Duissen doesn't like about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store:
The experience was generally good, but there were a few issues with our service. Our waitress, I believe her name was Desiree, frequently forgot to bring us silverware. Later on, instead of water, she brought us iced teas and also didn't bring milk for our little one. The food was enjoyable, but it seems like the staff may not be able to focus much on service due to the high volume of customers. View all feedback.
The service was very friendly. Our food arrived quickly and it was absolutely delicious! We had a wonderful experience.
We had to remind the waitress about our order, as some items were missed. The over-medium eggs we received were actually overcooked.
I absolutely love Cracker Barrel! Our food was served hot and arrived promptly. My only issue during my last visit was that the fried okra was a bit tough.
