What's your point? What are you trying to say?" I understand that delivery driver #8 was having a rough day, but there are people trying to build a great brand, and ma'am, you're not helping. I remarked, "That’s quite a reputable company you work for." She responded dismissively, asking, "And? What’s your point? What are you trying to say?" I explained that while it’s perfectly understandable to have off days as delivery driver number eight, there are others who are dedicated to building a strong brand. Unfortunately, her actions aren’t helping that cause. I suggested she might want to work on her attitude.
