However,... read more My family and I visit this restaurant every week, whether on weekdays or weekends. When we dine in, everything is wonderful, and we have no complaints. However, we frequently face issues with our takeout orders—ranging from missing silverware, butter, or syrup for our pancakes to items not being prepared correctly. I think the restaurant should pay more attention to their takeout service, as it's more challenging to address these problems after the fact.

It was 40 degrees outside,... read more The food at this restaurant is decent, but I felt it was quite overpriced. On my last visit, the staff was not particularly friendly. It was 40 degrees outside, and even though the air conditioning was running at full power, they should have been more considerate of the guests. When I requested a temperature adjustment, the staff simply replied, "Sorry, but it’s hot in the back." After raising several complaints, we chose to leave and head outside, where it was actually warmer. It's unacceptable to need coats just to eat inside a restaurant.
