I went to Chuck E. Cheese on Saturday, June 4th at 3:30 with my grandson. We played games together. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, a salad, and a couple of drinks. Unfortunately, the salad dressing was too salty and the pizza arrived cold and 10 minutes late. SMH. Despite the disappointing food, my grandson had a great time playing the games, although he is only 5 years old.
Surprised my daughter on her birthday with a trip to Chuck E. Cheese. The salad bar was fresh and neat, pizza was okay, and they offer a pretty good variety of kid games.
I've been meaning to leave this for a while now. Took my son a while back and it was the first time I've been a long while. I was pretty overwhelmed upon walking in, but an employee by the name of, I BELIEVE it was Miranda (I know it started with a M), was incredibly sweet and super helpful. She explained everything thoroughly and was super patient. She did an excellent job and we'll def be back. Thank you!
I took my two nephews, who are four and two years old, to the restaurant. The pizza was just as unappetizing as I remembered—no changes there. However, I was surprised to learn that they no longer use tokens or tickets; everything is now on a debit card with a time limit. I didn’t realize until later that you could add points to the card. It would have been much better for my two-year-old to have a fixed amount of points instead of being timed, especially since he was moving at a very slow pace. I really wish the cashier had explained the different options, as it was my first experience with this new system. Additionally, several games were out of order, including the ski ball, and we were disappointed to find that the ball pit and slide had been removed. I wish there were more places to visit, but at least the kids had fun, and that's what ultimately matters.
I’m giving this restaurant a rating of three stars mainly because the staff was friendly and my nearly 5-year-old granddaughter had a great time. However, I found the experience to be quite expensive. The total for a large pizza, two drinks, a small portion of breadsticks, and 45 game points came to almost $70. The games only last about 45 seconds at most, and several of the five different games that required points didn’t even work properly. If the games had lasted longer or functioned correctly, I might have felt it was more worth the cost. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be coming back. The highlight of our visit was definitely the photo booth.
