I hadn't visited Chipotle in years but decided to give it a shot last night. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my meal. I ordered a steak bowl, but the steak was tough and overcooked. The food was good, but the inside looked like no one had cleaned it all day. The tables were a mess and the drink/utensil bar was a mess. They didn't give me a full serving of meat so I ended up with mostly rice and beans. It was probably a bad day forthem. But I didn't feel very satisfied.
Ordered online via the app. Arrived at the time the food was said to be ready. Greeted by locked doors during what was clear open hours, had to wait for an employee to leave to let us in. The 2 employees there had not started our order yet despite themseemingly not having anything to do. Waited for our food, get home and it is cold, rice isn’t cooked, majority of the toppingsleft off. My bowl (which should have had veggies, salsa, guac, etc) just had half cooked rice, cold meat, and beans. Used tohave good experiences here but the last several times have been mediocre at best, and this one sealed the deal.
I attempted to reach out to the restaurant directly, but all I received was an automated message instructing me to report my issue via the confirmation email. I followed their guidance, and instead of a resolution, they sent me a coupon for a free menu item that expires in 30 days. This was incredibly frustrating since I had paid extra for certain items in my burrito, but I received no apology—just the coupon. I called the store again and, after pressing zero repeatedly, finally got through. Unfortunately, the line just kept ringing and eventually hung up on me. I then turned to their robotic chat support. After navigating a confusing series of prompts, I finally reached a human representative who apologized and promised to escalate my concerns to management for better service. I insisted on a refund for the burrito rather than a coupon, and they agreed to process it. When they inquired if I needed anything else, I pointed out that I now had to figure out another meal and requested that local management reach out to rectify the situation. Instead, I received another automated response asking if I needed anything else, which abruptly ended the chat and sent me back to the robotic support. I understand that Chipotle is often considered fast food and has challenges with staffing and pay, but this experience was a glaring example of corporate negligence and poor management, reflecting a lack of concern for customer loyalty. They wasted a lot of my time tonight, and I felt it was important to share my experience to warn others against ordering from this location. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I’ll update my review if anyone from the company chooses to address this issue, but I’m not very hopeful.

The food wasn't as fresh as I expected, and they only gave me a half scoop of meat for the burrito, which left me wanting. I was quite disappointed, especially considering the price. As for the atmosphere, the restaurant appeared messy, with cutlery and napkins strewn about, dirty tables, and two of the soda machine drinks lacking syrup. However, I’m still giving it 4 stars because I've had much better experiences there in the past.

I come in twice maybe 3 times a week. Lol! No joke! Came in today to get my usual bowl, chips and drink, but the fryer was down and so no chips. No complaints because y'all are always good to me The cashier that day saw the disappointment on my face and decided not to charge me for the drink and gave me a Buy One Get One card for my next visit. I wish I ask for her name, but her customer service was outstanding! Chipotle customer service is awesome and I will keep coming back Keep it up guys #chipotle #awesomeness

The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding! I had the steak fajita tacos with guacamole, and they were incredibly tasty. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Thank you for hosting the Crisman School Night; the entire Crisman team greatly appreciates your generous support!

Ordered tacos and a side of queso. No chips were delivered with the queso. What's the point of ordering queso without the chips. Not that it would matter. Every time I order chips from here, there are more chips in a snack pack then what they send. Pathetic.
Been coming to this local chipotle over 4 years now and i can say this year 2022 has been the worse of experiences , feels like the food quality went down dramatically, I understand the workflow or it being a fasting pace job but half the time employees look like they are being forced to be there , ive never had a problem coming to this chipotle always enjoyed my food but these last couple of months have been pretty disappointing especially paying $17 for a meal
Great experience at Chipotle. JJ was a professional and built my bowls for perfection with a friendly and positive attitude!!! Haley was the cashier and was bubbly, friendly and professional! They have a great team working for them, polite and smiling faces (which are nowadays used and rare! Kudos to your team!!
I was not in Chipotle in years, but decided to visit last night. I was very disappointed with my food. I ordered steak in my bowl and it was hard and overcooked. I also ordered a small cup of Queso and chips and the chips were stale. I couldn't even eat her. I went with an invoice of $18 for food that was overcooked and stabbed. I'm fine paying so much money for good food, but that was just a break. I won't return.
The food was not as fresh as possible. They also gave only half a cup of meat for the Burrito. It wasn't enough to end the Burrito. I was really sad at the price. As far as the atmosphere is concerned, the restaurant looked like a bunch of children took the cutlery and napkins and threw them everywhere. The tables were not clean and the soda machine was made from syrup on two of the drinks. But I still give him 4 stars because it was much better in the past.
