These guys are always hoppin' and poppin'. Service is quick and professional. Food is fresh and tastes good. I generally just get a salad or a burrito, but sometimes I come in just for one of their seasonal drinks on a hot day and just chill out for 10 minutes. View all feedback.

I hadn't visited Chipotle in years but decided to give it a shot last night. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my meal. I ordered a steak bowl, but the steak was tough and overcooked. I really enjoyed my meal and thought that everything tasted great together. However, I have to say that the hot sauce was spicier than I expected. Just a heads-up: the hot sauce is quite hot, despite the name "Chipotle" suggesting that everything has been well-seasoned. But trust me, the Chipotle hot sauce is for real! I definitely recommend trying it!
I have ordered two articles about the website. my wife goes through town to pick her up. she'll get the bag and go. she comes here and one of the two items missing (a $14 burrito). the entrance on the pocket shows that 1. his my order 2. there was only one pocket and 3. that I paid for the burrito and that he should be included. well, mistakes happen, right? well, the restaurant was not busy, so it was a lazy mistake. I try to contact the load. no, an automated recording says I need to report it via the confirmation email. I do this and they send me a voucher for a free menu item that runs in 30 days. nope. I paid for extras in my stupid burrito and they send me this without a word of excuse. I'll try the phone number again. After I hit zero, I can finally turn directly to the load. it rings and rings on me. I contact support about her robo chat. after many hoops I finally get a human (can be). they apologise and say they will follow with the administration with my care to ensure a better service, etc. I say no, grant the burrito, I don't want to be good. they issue a refund and ask if there is anything else. I answer immediately that I need to find out something else now and that if they really fix the problem that I should be contacted by the local administration. the answer was (get this) from the robo chat again. means they asked if I needed something else, then they ended their chat and booted me back to robo chat. I know it's chipotle, almost food, underpaid, understaffed blah blah. this is company paralysis, bad management and lack of care for customer retention. they were wasting so much of my time tonight that I decided to give them another five minutes to warn them all against ordering from this company/site. terrible experience around. I will update my review if someone from this company decides to fix the problem, but I doubt it will be someone.
4* just from price, but the food was really good. This was our first time trying a Chipotle anywhere. Be careful with the tomatillo sauces,while they are flavorful, they pack a punch. Definitely not complaining, just faith warning. My only complaint for this location is the parking, or lack thereof. The quesadilla and burrito bowls were loaded and great. Sorry I didn't get pics this time.
I loved the food and how it all tastes good with almost any combination, but i have to say that the hot sauce was hotter than I thought it would be. Just so you all know the hot sauce is Hot the Name Chipotle implies that everything has spice but the hot sauce is legit, Chipotle-Hot Sauce! I really recommend eating!
I have tried several times to speak with a manager about the service at the Longview location. Today, is the day that I am convinced that I will never return to the location. I am not sure if the workers are aware of the correct portion size. The three bowls I got all had a different issue. One bowl had 5 pieces of steak. The chicken was very dry and I barely had food in my bowl. The guy had to scrape rice from the container to give me one scoop. Let’s just say that we had cereal and milk after eating. I have had food at their Ca location and was able to eat twice.

I come in twice maybe 3 times a week. Lol! No joke! Came in today to get my usual bowl, chips and drink, but the fryer was down and so no chips. No complaints because y'all are always good to me The cashier that day saw the disappointment on my face and decided not to charge me for the drink and gave me a Buy One Get One card for my next visit. I wish I ask for her name, but her customer service was outstanding! Chipotle customer service is awesome and I will keep coming back Keep it up guys #chipotle #awesomeness

I had no idea they offered a selection of tofu, and it was absolutely delicious!
The best place in Longview for gourmet, healthy Mexican food! It’s my favorite spot.
The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding! I had the steak fajita tacos with guacamole, and they were incredibly tasty. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Thank you for hosting the Crisman School Night; the entire Crisman team greatly appreciates your generous support!

The food was good, but the inside looked like no one had cleaned it all day. The tables were a mess and the drink/utensil bar was a mess. They didn't give me a full serving of meat so I ended up with mostly rice and beans. It was probably a bad day forthem. But I didn't feel very satisfied.
Ordered online via the app. Arrived at the time the food was said to be ready. Greeted by locked doors during what was clear open hours, had to wait for an employee to leave to let us in. The 2 employees there had not started our order yet despite themseemingly not having anything to do. Waited for our food, get home and it is cold, rice isn’t cooked, majority of the toppingsleft off. My bowl (which should have had veggies, salsa, guac, etc) just had half cooked rice, cold meat, and beans. Used tohave good experiences here but the last several times have been mediocre at best, and this one sealed the deal.

I called the store again and, after pressing zero repeatedly, finally got through. Unfortunately, the line just kept ringing and eventually hung up on me. I then turned to their robotic chat support. After navigating a confusing series of prompts, I finally reached a human representative who apologized and promised to escalate my concerns to management for better service. I insisted on a refund for the burrito rather than a coupon, and they agreed to process it. When they inquired if I needed anything else, I pointed out that I now had to figure out another meal and requested that local management reach out to rectify the situation. Instead, I received another automated response asking if I needed anything else, which abruptly ended the chat and sent me back to the robotic support. I understand that Chipotle is often considered fast food and has challenges with staffing and pay, but this experience was a glaring example of corporate negligence and poor management, reflecting a lack of concern for customer loyalty. They wasted a lot of my time tonight, and I felt it was important to share my experience to warn others against ordering from this location. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I’ll update my review if anyone from the company chooses to address this issue, but I’m not very hopeful.

The food wasn't as fresh as I expected, and they only gave me a half scoop of meat for the burrito, which left me wanting. I was quite disappointed, especially considering the price. As for the atmosphere, the restaurant appeared messy, with cutlery and napkins strewn about, dirty tables, and two of the soda machine drinks lacking syrup. However, I’m still giving it 4 stars because I've had much better experiences there in the past.
