The chicken Alfredo pasta was outstanding and very satisfying. The Monte Cristo sandwich was absolutely heavenly. The raspberry jam was remarkable, especially considering I’m not typically a fan of raspberries. I was slightly hesitant about the sandwich being deep-fried, but despite its unique taste and texture, it was truly fantastic. View all feedback.
What Kasturba Bala dislikes about Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen:
I'm giving this place 3 stars and would give more as the waitress we had was very nice and friendly. The food was great and tasty. There is a noticeable smell as you enter the restaurant, it smells of old moldy carpet. Although there is no carpet as you enter, there is definitely in select areas of the restaurant. This restaurant could use a good scrub down at the end of the evening and get rid of the carpet, is it r... View all feedback.

This Cheddar? Scratch Kitchen in Longview, Texas was very good. The location of this restaurant is very comfortable. The parking lot at this point was sufficient. This restaurant was very clean. The bathrooms were clean. The staff were very friendly and professional. We ordered an appetizer and we ordered a meal each and they were very fast. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We recommend this restaurant.
I was pleasantly surprised with the service and the meal. Zero complaints about anything. Wait staff was very attentive but not overbearing. All food was cooked as ordered. Much better experience than I remember from the last time that I ate at a cheddars restaurant
The service was good and the food was tasty. I ordered Coconut Shrimp and the dipping sauce was with coconut as well. It was sweet. I liked it. My wife got a steak and it was made they way she like it. We were a large group. The food took a lot of time.
The chicken Alfredo pasta was really good and was very filling. The Monte Cristo was absolutely divine. The raspberry jam was amazing and that?s coming from someone that doesn?t even like raspberries. I was a little unsure about the sand which being deep fried and although the taste/texture was different, it was amazing.
Mediocre experience. I dined at 4:30 PM, choosing nothing too complicated—just a cheeseburger with fries and a kids' burger meal. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Both burgers were overcooked, going beyond just being charred, and the fries were nearly burnt as well. Since we were starving, we ate what we could. Typically, this Cheddar's is quite good, so I hope it was just a case of a new chef in the kitchen. Our waitress was lovely, and since we didn't voice any complaints, she received a generous tip. I'll definitely return, although I may wait a bit longer than my usual once-a-month visit.

Food was good. Fairly fast. Service was on the poor side. It was dirty but looked as if there was a party before us and they were cleaning it up. Manager was performing interviews and we could hear everything she was saying. Very loud and unprofessional. This is not the first time going to Cheddars and it won't be the last.
Consistently deserving of 5 stars every time I visit. The food is excellent, and the service is top-notch.
Had lunch with family visiting from out of town. The server was excellent, the food satisfied everyone, and we all had a wonderful experience. Great job, team!
A bit understaffed, but the service was excellent and the food was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it.
As a food critic who explores various home-cooked cuisines, I can confidently say that this is one of the best spots for southern-style comfort food. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming. While the Chicken Alfredo sauce was a bit lacking in flavor, everything else I tried was delicious and packed with taste.

Mediocre experience. I dined there at 4:30 PM and kept it simple with a cheeseburger and fries, along with a kids' burger meal. The restaurant was not busy at all, and I must say the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the food did not match that standard. Both burgers were overcooked, well past the char stage, and the fries were nearly burned as well. We were quite hungry, so we went ahead and ate it anyway. This Cheddar's usually has great food, so I’m hoping this was just a case of a new chef. The waitress was wonderful, and although we didn’t complain, she definitely earned a generous tip. I'll certainly go back, but I might wait a bit longer than my usual monthly visits.
The chicken Alfredo pasta was delicious and quite satisfying. The Monte Cristo sandwich was simply divine. The raspberry jam was phenomenal, and that’s saying a lot coming from someone who isn’t a fan of raspberries. I was initially hesitant about the sandwich being deep-fried, but even though the taste and texture were unique, it turned out to be amazing.
I went to this restaurant for dinner and I must say, the croissant I had was absolutely delightful, even though I only tried one. The food was very good; I ordered the platter with spinach dip, which I enjoyed. However, the customer service left something to be desired. After I arrived, I had to wait about five minutes to be seated, and I didn’t feel as appreciated as the other customers. Because of that experience, I don’t intend to dine in again. Next time I crave spinach dip, I’ll just order it through DoorDash instead.
I had a fantastic experience at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen in Longview, Texas. The location is quite convenient, and there was ample parking. The restaurant was clean, including the restrooms. The staff were friendly and professional, contributing to a great overall vibe. We ordered an appetizer and each chose a main course, and the service was remarkably fast. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

I had a great experience with the food, and the service was outstanding—truly five-star quality. I would definitely come back.
The Wisconsin cheese bites are moist and incredibly delicious, and the homemade ranch dip is outstanding. I also tried the 8 oz sirloin paired with chicken strips, which came with two sides. The broccoli mac and cheese casserole was exceptionally tasty. Our waitress, Quintana, was very professional, thoughtful, and polite.
