I dined there at 4:30 PM and kept it simple with a cheeseburger and fries, along with a kids' burger meal. The restaurant was not busy at all, and I must say the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the food did not match that standard. Both burgers were overcooked, well past the char stage, and the fries were nearly burned as well. We were quite hungry, so we went ahead and ate it anyway. This Cheddar's usually has great food, so I’m hoping this was just a case of a new chef. The waitress was wonderful, and although we didn’t complain, she definitely earned a generous tip. I'll certainly go back, but I might wait a bit longer than my usual monthly visits.

The raspberry jam was phenomenal, and that’s saying a lot coming from someone who isn’t a fan of raspberries. I was initially hesitant about the sandwich being deep-fried, but even though the taste and texture were unique, it turned out to be amazing.

The food was very good; I ordered the platter with spinach dip, which I enjoyed. However, the customer service left something to be desired. After I arrived, I had to wait about five minutes to be seated, and I didn’t feel as appreciated as the other customers. Because of that experience, I don’t intend to dine in again. Next time I crave spinach dip, I’ll just order it through DoorDash instead.

The restaurant was clean, including the restrooms. The staff were friendly and professional, contributing to a great overall vibe. We ordered an appetizer and each chose a main course, and the service was remarkably fast. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

The raspberry jam was remarkable, especially considering I’m not typically a fan of raspberries. I also tried the 8 oz sirloin paired with chicken strips, which came with two sides. The broccoli mac and cheese casserole was exceptionally tasty. Our waitress, Quintana, was very professional, thoughtful, and polite.

There is a noticeable smell as you enter the restaurant, it smells of old moldy carpet. Although there is no carpet as you enter, there is definitely in select areas of the restaurant. This restaurant could use a good scrub down at the end of the evening and get rid of the carpet, is it really needed? That's all.

The wait time, 35-40 minutes, wasn't terrible considering the time and day we came. The croissants were amazing as usual. The appetizers came out in a fair amount of time. But then there was the rest of the experience. Not one order was prepared correctly, aside from the side of mashed potatoes and carrots for the baby. Two of the steaks were incorrectly cooked, a third steak was sent to the wrong table and left my dad with no plate, and the salmon was incorrectly cooked as well and missing sides. 15-20 minutes into eating and there was still no meal for my dad and no sides that had been missing. Drinks went unfilled, we didn't receive cutlery until the food arrived, even though we had requested it many times, and not once did anyone offer a remedy for any of the above mentioned issues that occurred. I understand that restaurants get busy, but this whole experience felt like more than just that. I'm deeply disappointed and as we witnessed many guests around us having similar experiences, I know that we are not the only party leaving feeling this way this evening.

The manager seemed... read more We love the glowing roles, Cheddarstiche, Tilapia Lachs. We usually get a good waitress, but recently had a very slow waiter who seemed new. The manager seemed offered by him to take our appetizer, but it did not seem necessary for us, we still enjoyed our meal. He needed improvements, but not so much before us that it is unpleasant for everyone.
