Probably the best Bar-B-Que in Longview. Even their Boudin is awesome! Realize that they have long lines for a reason...
I Love Carter's Bar-B-Que! But the only issue that I would have is, if you're sitting in this long line waiting to be served by the people that comes to your car and placing your order and they tell you that they ran out of a specific food and you've been waiting for the longest to taste those ribs and then they come to your car and say that we are out of ribs and chicken. I just feel that when they get low of any food item, they should let everyone know that they are either low or the are alrea
Wanted a chopped beef sandwich but, they were out. I got the ribs instead and was not impressed. Also, the two tablespoons of potato salad was a joke.
The BEST barbecue spot in town!!!! This place is picky daughter approved LOL. Staff is friendly go out of thier way to help. Brisket was super tender, sausage was juicy tater salad was creamy went perfect with the meats. Location is easy tofind. Parking is amazing an added bonus they have a drive-thru window.
