I can't say enough good things about this grill place! it is the best bbq that I have ever tasted and I have eaten a lotte of bbq in my life. everything is great, but their rib chopped beef are my whole time fav. If they never tried this bbq, they do one themselves please give them a try. you will not regret it!
My chopped beef sandwich was the best I had in a very long time. fleisch! to order a beautiful fresh bungalow. non-greasy (in contrast to other places where the bun is completely drunk).
Carter’s has been my place for bbq for many years. I live now in oregon and every time I come to longview, I always make it a point to visit carter’s. her bouudain is really good and tasty and her other meats are also. I even let my wife carters love. would recommend to anyone who loves bbq.
The BEST barbecue spot in town!!!! This place is picky daughter approved LOL. Staff is friendly go out of thier way to help. Brisket was super tender, sausage was juicy tater salad was creamy went perfect with the meats. Location is easy tofind. Parking is amazing an added bonus they have a drive-thru window.
This is the best place to get sliced beef.
