Left before even ordering because lady at counter was so rude. I politely told her we needed a few minutes to look at menu since have never been there before. She rolled her eyes and said whatever . So me and my 2 kids left because of that. Went to Wendy 's close by and enjoyed an excellent lunch! If you are having a bad day, at least pretend to be happy while at work.

The attitude there was good but it felt a little rushed however they ensured me all my food was in the bag and hot. when I got home and checked I was missing half my order. I paid over 30 dollars for it and when I called 3 times with 10 or so minutes till closing nobody answered. I still have a receipt and would like for this to be resolved. Not asking for much just maybe my pregnant wife's dinner she missed out on.

Good burgers, will make to order such as lettuce wrapped for ketovore or just burgers for Carnavore and if u hate meat faux burgers...lol Staff are mostly attentive and friendly have patience you may have a wait.

Seriously short-staffed. They closed the lobby while we were there. Super awkward because they didn't tell us at first. They posted temporary signs on the door, but only about 15 minutes after they attempted to lock the door. Due to the locking mechanism the door kept getting left open by staff taking orders out to parked drive thru customers, leaving new guests walking in without noticing the closure signs. Others were confused by the door being locked, and initially thinking it was stuck or something. This was understandable since we along with a couple other customers were inside eating.I understand this was all about as well as things could be handled given that they needed to close the lobby in the middle of the day. It still made for a crummy experience.

I have been coming here for a bit now and find the lady's at the window to be very nice and kind. Exalent service and alway have my order correct. Very prompt service with a smile ?
