Chipotle Mexican Grill - Longview

I wanted to order a larger quesadilla since my 4yr would need 2 of the kids' size ones to be full. We were told we could only order that size through the app. There just didn't seem to be a workaround.

I love chipotle and my wife and I get it quite often. However, this particular chipotle has a terrible issue with running out of food. I get off work late and have a long commute home. I get to the store to pick up dinner around 7 and they are always out of at least 4 different items! I watch them turn away so many customers every single time I go. It can?t be good for business. If you go before 6:30, you?ll be fine. The remaining 3.5 hours of business are a waste of time. Either order enough food or close early!!

Asked for double meat and received about one serving. And was still charged $5 extra per meal. $40 for rice, pinto beans, and about 5oz of steak. Freaking joke.

I went to Chipotle today and was looking forward to a wonderful experience with my normal meal, I went in with my family and everything was normal, we waited in line and when I and my family were ordering, they didn?t have white l rice, vegetables, or bottled Coca-Cola. After we ordered we tried to find a table, and every table we went to was dirty, we talked to them to ask to get something to wipe it down, they declined and went around asking. We finally decided to sit outside and even then the tables were dirty. I don?t know if they had someone managing them, they weren?t busy and couldn?t find a wipe. The service was not great.

I?d skip this location. Usually out of most drinks and stuff in the case looks like it?s been sitting too long. No iced tea. I did ask but they couldn?t make me some I guess.
