This place remains my favorite spot to eat when we visit to watch my daughter play softball at ETBU. We were there last night, and our server, Jade, was outstanding. I can't wait to return in October!
Definitely try the garlic knots—they're amazing! The pizza is consistently great, and the side salad is the best I've ever had. The hamburgers are not bad either. The service is always attentive. You can’t go wrong here!
The food was excellent. Our server was outstanding and it was her first day. Highly recommend Margarita Wednesday. The atmosphere was a little loud for me or it would have been 5 stars across the board.
Excellent service, waitress, and floor manager were both very attentive. The food was amazing, and we ate way too much. Nice variety and selection in both meals and drinks. We live in AZ, so I'm not sure if we'll be back to this location, but we highly recommend it. We had the combo appetizer, and the wings had the shotgun sauce... very good, and the Stromboli and the sunshine burger with loaded tater tots. Make sure to get the Bubba sauce.
Wow! What a great place. Food was fantastic and the service was phenomenal. Don't go anywhere else! Vegetarian options: Their Black Bean Burger was amazingly good. I'm so coming back for more!

My wife and I decided to try Bubbas 33 for the first time in Longview and must say the service was amazing. Waitress was amazing, manager Mike brought us a cup with menu and coupons in it, being it was our first time there. Was totally blown away by the amazing service. The food was great and the price was not bad at all. We definitely have paid more at a fast food place and not get anywhere near the service A all the way
Wow! Bubba's 33 exceeded all our expectations! The staff were welcoming and attentive, making the entire experience enjoyable. Despite the busy crowd, our food came out hot, fresh, and quicker than we expected. The ice-cold beer paired perfectly with a fantastic menu full of delicious options. This is easily the best restaurant we've visited in quite some time. We're thrilled to have found Bubba's 33 and can't wait to return with friends to explore more from their menu!

The food at this restaurant is simply amazing! I had the loaded fries and the bacon avocado sandwich, and both were scrumptious. The service was excellent, and our waitress was very friendly. I really enjoy eating at this place!

First time. My wife has had a long list of Longview restaurants to try since we moved from Dallas. Excellent Sports Bar. Great service. Good menu. Good pricing. Enjoy.
WOW!!!!!! Bubba's was amazing!!!! From the upbeat friendly on top of their game staff to the atmosphere in the place..The food was served hot fresh and quicker than I was expecting especially being as busy as it was.. The beer was ice cold the fooddelicious, best restaurant we have been to in a while.. definitely glad we found this place and will be bringing friends backnext time!!!!
We took advantage of the Monday Madness special, which offered any burger for $8.99, along with seasoned or fire fries and a pickle spear. Both of us chose the customizable WildShroomin' Burger with seasoned fries; my husband decided to get his fries loaded. I tried the $4 Big Mo Mimosa special, while my husband ordered a bottomless wild strawberry lemonade. My mimosa had a somewhat harsh taste—although it was still drinkable—and was served in a half-filled wine glass. While that is technically correct, it wasn’t quite what I expected from a roadhouse-themed venue. However, the price for the size was fair. The burgers were excellent, and the fries were decent. Unfortunately, the cheese on the loaded fries had a strong jarred queso flavor that overwhelmed the dish, so we likely won’t order loaded fries again. The restrooms were clean and well-stocked, although the ladies' room door was warped and didn’t close properly. The large parking lot was clean, well-lit, and well-maintained. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
