Love their HEATH BLIZZARD. It is absolutely the best!!! Better than Sonic. They don't have the heath and usually put them too many M
Bought 2 med size blizzards. A lack of Candy seemed more ice and not much taste (butterfinger). This is a complaint I find in other places.
I got the Dude chicken fried steak sandwich with cheese and I can tell you now that if you find a Dairy Queen that knows how to make them you will be in for a treat!
The food was delicious, but they appeared to be out of so many things which I'll attribute to current problems with federal government putting severe strains on supply and demand. However, the employees are very accommodating and pleasant.
I know in Springhill. So about every 3-4 months we try them out to see if they have gotten any better. Numerous times over the years they are out of what we went for. Consistent wrong orders. Terrible customer service. Rude. Employees pants at the knees. Etc etc. always takes forever in drive thru or inside. Doesn’t matter if you pre order. Still takes a lot of time when you get there. We don’t eat out very often at all. But occasionally like the tacos and maybe some ice cream, chicken strips etc. Their portions have gotten ridiculously small. Gravy is like white water with not much taste. Used to live DQ gravy. Went last week to get my mom and myself a sundae. I paid .50 c for whip cream and .50 for nuts. I had two Nicole size squirts of whip cream and maybe teaspoon of peanut dust. There were no nuts. I said something they said that’s how it comes. Highly recommend going to different DQ if you want something until something is finally done with this one. This is over the last 6-7 years. We have finally given up and just drive to white oak.
