The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent. On this special evening, we ordered a new appetizer from the menu, but there was a delay in its arrival. Our server was very apologetic and warm, and to make up for the inconvenience, they offered us both the appetizer and a dessert complimentary. What User doesn't like about The Post Chicken Beer Longmont:
Lots of fried food and an over use of Garlic. Most of the chicken entrees were fried there were only a couple of items either baked/broiled or Roasted. I get it that this is likely a southern themed restaurant, but the rest of the dishes in my dinner party were all fried and the breading looked overly thick my dish was the roasted chicken and I was still tasting garlic midway through the following day.
