There's no shortage of Mexican restaurants in Longmont, but this has quickly become my go-to spot. I absolutely love the cabeza. When I tried the chicken it unfortunately wasn't great, but they do everything else so well that I wouldn't take points off for it. View all feedback.
I'd highly recommend this place 10/10!! One of the best tacos places I've been to in Longmont! They have great customer service and also great tacos !!
This place isn’t a food truck any more. Lots of reviews mention it but it’s in a sore front down town now. I got Al pastor and Birria tacos. They are amazing. Will go back. Got take out.
This is my favorite taco place in the area. I particularly love the carne asada fries and the al pastor tacos. I'll say that the carne asada fries are sometimes a little inconsistent (varying amounts of meat/toppings, but rarely too little, sometimes just gifted with a lot : All the employees are so nice!
