I was diagnosed with Celiac about 5 years ago (being born by parents both from Italy, this was a devastating diagnosis for all foods I love grew up on food).... However, visiting friends in Colorado was treated for dinner at Tony Macaroni, where they ever served me the MOST INCREDIBLE GLUTEN FREE PIZZA! A bite and I asked that my order was correct, at what time my waitress told me about SWEET ESCAPES PASTRIES, a GF bakery. After my return home, I was in contact with Melissa (owner), which is beautiful and dedicated to gluten free product, just to find that PA does not discover SWEET ESCAPES. Now I am on the mission to get this product in PA, ..so attention all restaurants: this is the best gluten free pizza on the planet with Nationwide distribution! If you offer GF meals and pizza in your restaurant, you must try these products. I believe you will be as enthusiastic about the products as I am..... increase sales, no brain! Did I mention that Sweet Escapes Pizza is the best in pizza???

This is the best GF pizza crust! You can buy the products from Shamrock (check the website or email the owner Melissa for details). The crust bakes nicely at home, also in an Ooni pizza oven, which is a little tricky to cook non-traditional pizza dough. No need to waste money on the garbage frozen supermarket options more!

I have been GF for 12+ years and while on vacation in CO had a GF pizza with a Sweet Escape Pastries crust. By far the best GF pizza I have ever had called the waiter over and asked for confirmation that it was actually GF. Consider myself relatively pizza savvy having grown up in NYC and sampled many a pizzeria before finding out I was GF. Absolutely the best.

If you are GLUTEN-FREE, you MUST try Melissa's pizza crust and hoagies. THEY ARE DELICIOUS! They are dairy-free too for those who have lactose issues. I would get so sick eating any other gluten-free pizza crust, but I have never felt sick eating this. These products have been such a gift for me and my family, especially during this crazy pandemic. Many restaurants carry her gf products in Colorado, so it's easy to find. It's reassuring to know you can still find this amazing food that meets dietary needs during this pandemic. We have contacted Melissa several times to inquire about ingredients and she is so incredibly nice and always gives us great information to make sure our family has safe and delicious products. Melissa is the owner and we can't wait to see what she comes up with next!

I first discovered this company when my family went to Beau Jo's Pizza after we learned we'd have to be on a gluten free diet. I had tried lots of other gluten free brands that weren't too bad, then I had this pizza crust. At first I was upset thinking they forgot to make my order gluten free. After asking my server and being reassured that this crust was indeed gluten, soy, corn, potato and dairy-free, I couldn't believe it! It is sooooo delicious. We contacted the owner Melissa to double check ingredients, and she was amazing. We have since also fallen in love with the hoagies she makes. They are so, so yummy and don't taste anything like other gluten free products we've tried before. Melissa always responds quickly to every inquiry we have and has been so nice and accommodating with all our health requests. We're so happy to finally have found an amazing company that makes such delicious, high quality, gluten free products. THANK YOU SO MUCH MELISSA!!!!
