The New Year's Eve menu and wine pairing were outstanding, and I was amazed to learn that the restaurant doesn't have a pastry chef. It's uncommon to find a chef so skilled in both cooking and pastry. The front-of-house staff was friendly and efficient, though a bit more casual and laid-back than I would expect given the high quality of the cuisine—however, I didn't see that as a problem. The whole experience reminded me of Le Central, which used to be in Denver, highlighting that fine dining doesn't have to be pretentious. We will definitely be returning regularly; I just hope others in Longmont will also come to appreciate having a chef of this caliber right in our community!

It's a farm-to-table restaurant serving excellent food that was nicely prepared with great service. Lady Kay, our honored guest, enjoyed a great tuna dish while Kristina had a Mussel dish that she raved about. I enjoyed a Wagyu Flank Stroganoff served over homemade noodles and topped with a very delicious sauce. This restaurant is a hidden gem and if you want a nice restaurant with great service, excellently prepared food and a respectable wine list give it a try.
