The restaurant is clean and the service excellent. This establishment also has a food truck that visits underserved communities. I plan to check that out very soon! With an eclectic menu like E.L.F. has, there’s no shortage of new things to try that sound good. More importantly, they do such a good job preparing the food that it’s usually better in flavor, texture, and presentation than you could have imagined from reading the menu. I tried the cabbage burgers last week, and loved them! The sweet bread was soft and tender, clearly freshly made. The cabbage and beef inside were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the fries were delicious, crispy without being burned, and fresh. There were only about four things to consider, as far as freshness, flavor, texture, and presentation, and E.L.F. Nailed all four perfectly. Every time I eat there, it’s the same result. If you haven’t tried it yet, you should. You won’t be disappointed!
