I got my order rather quick. Food tastes good. It was off putting to see the staff using their phones with their gloves on then going to touch the good… also one staff assumed I didn’t pay for my drink stared me down until someone else told him I paid for it. Weird that they’re more concerned with $2 with OJ than sanitary practices. View all feedback.
The manager lady is so nice and accommodated for my reward cause I don't like egg!!! The other employees are nice and shown me how to build my own bagel The food is always good and I like the fact they ask if I am a rewards member!! It's very clean and the food comes fast!
Tried using curbside that is offered on the app. Followed the directions, parked, put on my hazards and told the app I was here. No one brought it out, after waiting about 10 minutes I went in to discover the order had been done but only left on the pick up counter. I didn't order it that way, don't offer curbside if you can't/won't do curbside
You all need to figure something out with your guys app because it never allows me to use my card information to order ahead . Always saying sorry something went wrong when I know my card information is right and I 've used it before multiple times . It does this here and there and it 's super annoying. Figure it out because your app is the only one that sucks in town
Disappointed again… bought another baker’s dozen, cashier asked if I’d like them cut, which I said I would appreciate it if they’d cut the bagels. They only cut half of 13 bagels, and the ones they cut weren’t what I would call cut. Very dry and old bagels.
We went to Einsteins to get sandwiches this morning. We ordered two of one sandwich and a third one. They. gave us 3 of the same sandwich. We tried to call to get it corrected. Nobody answers the phone. The phone does't take messages. We had to drive all the way back across town to get the order corrected. No apologies. We got to keep the incorrect sandwich, which was now really old. I would have preferred to leave a message or write an email but since you can't contact the store, I am left with a public review of our 2 hour ordeal trying to get a simple bagel sandwich.
