The curry had a wonderful balance of flavors and just the right amount of oil, making it rich but not greasy. The sliced peppers were cooked perfectly, maintaining a delightful crunch that showed they were done just right. While the chips and fried rice were pretty standard, the real highlight was the chicken—a mix of spice bag chicken and chicken balls—that was larger and more flavorful than either on their own. The chicken truly stole the spotlight. I’d rate this dish a perfect 10/10 and will definitely be ordering it again, maybe even tomorrow.
