Vocella's - Longford

Even though we were in a rush, our dining experience at this restaurant was seamless thanks to the quick and efficient service, as well as the high quality of the food. I opted for the hake salmon duo, which was generously sized and cooked to perfection. The rest of our party also enjoyed their meals.

I would like to extend a big thank you to the chef and manager for opening the restaurant specifically on a Monday night for a group of cyclists participating in a charity cycle from Malin to Mizen. The food was amazing, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was fabulous. On top of everything, both staff members generously donated to the charity. Thank you doesn't even begin to express our gratitude for such a special night. Nights like these are rare and should be cherished. I doubt we will find a meal as wonderful anywhere else in the country this year. Based on our experience, I highly recommend not passing through Longford without dining here. Thank you very much.

The dinner we had on Thursday was superb. We were delighted to meet Chef Lisa and had a enjoyable conversation with the owner. We are excited to return on Saturday for another feast of delectable food and wine.

The food was delicious and reasonably priced! The outdoor dining area was picturesque. The waitstaff were welcoming and talkative, but the service was lacking. We waited a long time to place our order, then waited even longer for our starters and mains.

My wife and I enjoyed soup and sandwiches for lunch, while one of my sons ordered the carbonara and the other had a chicken burger. All the dishes were freshly made and delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
