It's clearly aimed at a hipster crowd, as seen in the menu, beer selection, and of course, the prices. The burgers are on the smaller side, but you're paying for top-notch quality. The patty is incredibly juicy, and overall, this is likely one of the best premium burgers you'll find in Long Beach. The butcher shop offers a wide variety, from sausages to various cuts of meat, including different types of animals.

I've been here twice and I can say I loved everything I have tried. Their Cubano sandwich is to die for, the patty melt is wicked good and the bacon burger was very nice apart from being small. We also ordered their frites with cheese and bacon, needless to say it was a hit. The mighty dry cider was refreshing, and of course mighty dry. The only qualm I have about this place is their pricing... Pretty expensive for a lunch place($12 burger, $10 sandwich), but I think it is worth it

I ordered a... read more This small trendy spot creates a stylish and unique experience but it's not all bells and whistles this places one heck of a punch with its burger. I ordered a burger with cheddar cheese and avocado with fries and not only was it one of the most satisfying burgers I've ever had but one of the most satisfying meals the burger was perfect the portion was perfect the fries were perfect. I've found a nice spot to treat myself now and again.

I couldn't quite identify the liquid, but there was definitely a lot of it, haha. I really appreciate that they grind all their meat fresh, and I think the variety of unique meat options they offer is pretty impressive. Next time, I might try picking up some sausage or rabbit to cook at home!
