This Wingstop could benefit from improved organization. It’s often busy, with multiple employees juggling various tasks. Having each person focus on a specific duty might make operations run more efficiently. They might want to take a page from Chick-fil-A’s playbook.

About a 30min wait time, not too bad
The manager is quite unprofessional, and they refuse to accept walk-in orders because they claim they are backed up. There are about 5 to 10 people waiting, yet no one has received their orders. It has been over 10 minutes, even though I was told the order would be ready in 10 minutes.
