Definitely worth the wait! As a first-time visitor, I knew I had chosen the right spot when I saw the long line. This is by far the best BBQ in town! The meat was so tender that it practically fell off the bone. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Robert Earls Bbq:
One thing I really dislike is soggy bread. When I got home, the bread practically fell apart. Whatever happened to good hoagie rolls? They used thick challah bread instead. I won't be ordering sandwiches from this place anymore, though their other dishes are great. Food Rating: 3/5. View all feedback.
I was visiting Long Beach and searched for a restaurant to try. It took a bit of a drive to get there, but it was absolutely worth it! The dry ribs were amazing, served with sauce on the side, and the greens and baked beans were perfect accompaniments. I will definitely return and recommend this place to everyone I meet. This is hands down the spot to visit!
This was my second visit, and it looks like they've revamped the entrance—it looks fantastic! They didn't disappoint me; the rib tips were absolutely delicious and incredibly satisfying. I missed having yams this time, so I opted for baked beans instead, and they were simply scrumptious. Thank you for being so conveniently located!
You all need to check out Robert Earl and enjoy some delicious food. The pulled pork, ribs, potato salad, greens, mac 'n cheese, and baked beans are outstanding. The homemade BBQ sauce is excellent, but the meats are so good they can hold their own without it. The banana pudding is among the best I've ever had. I'm looking forward to trying the cornbread on my next visit.
The mac and cheese was heavily seasoned with pepper, while the BBQ beans were not only too peppery but also contained bones—definitely not enjoyable to eat! We ordered a pound of brisket, but it wasn't tender at all, and unfortunately, it left an unpleasant aftertaste. We ended up leaving most of our food behind, feeling quite let down by the flavors. I usually love to support small businesses, and I know leaving an honest review is important, but this just didn’t suit our taste buds. Perhaps it might be better suited for others, but it wasn't for us.
