Unfortunately... read more I had never visited this particular Panda Express before, but since it was located in the same shopping center, I decided to place a pickup order. Unfortunately, the containers they provided were more cardboard than styrofoam, which caused them to become messy from the steam. To make matters worse, my entire order was completely wrong—not just one or two items, but everything! I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was really disappointing. I won't be returning to this location again.

This is the only local Panda Express, and I really wish they could improve their food inventory. It's frustrating to receive small plates with barely any food on them—how do they run out of chicken or shrimp? This has been an ongoing issue for years. Additionally, when ordering online, they sometimes don’t even notify you if an item is out of stock; they just prepare your plate and send it with delivery.

You can choose to have them served with either noodles or fried rice, both of which are delicious and reasonably priced for the United States. The service is quick and friendly. Located on 5th Street in Long Beach, California, this place is definitely worth a visit.
