Their vegan option tastes remarkably like the real thing, and as a non-vegan, I would definitely choose the vegan ceviche again. While the ranchero was also quite good and deserves a mention, my top two favorites were the mango-habanero ceviche and the agua chiles ceviche. Long Beach is lucky to have Mariscos Yessy, and you really should give them a try!
