The service was prompt and friendly, and the staff ensured that I had all the condiments I requested. When I asked to substitute mashed potatoes for coleslaw, the employee was very accommodating and made it happen without any issues. As for the food, it was decent; I just forgot to specify that I wanted white meat instead of brown. View all feedback.
What Michael Deck doesn't like about Kfc:
I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it didn’t live up to the advertisement at all. The chicken was cold, and it resembled a chicken tender rather than a chicken breast. It was definitely not worth the $5.50 price tag. View all feedback.
This is the second time and the last time I go there for sure! The order was wrong instead of chicken sandwich they gave me the spicy one! And my order was ready in not even a minute! Chicken was awful and I am sure it was cooked the day before or at least 4 hours before! The manager was very rude and instead of apologizing, arguing with me! I am going to report them to cooperate!!!!
I like this location usually pretty quite here. You can dine in At the location currently. The store front is clean.
Best KFC I've been to! Very helpful and friendly employees. And the food is always fresh
I haven't had KFC in years and thought I would try it again. I'm glad I did. Got the extra crispy chicken delicious. Macaroni and cheese delicious. And the biscuits are to die for.
When I reached the drive-thru window to pick up my food and drink, I had to specifically ask for my receipt. I wanted it so that I could leave a negative review in the survey. It felt like he might have been trying to keep receipts away from customers to prevent any unfavorable feedback. Also, Henry wasn't wearing a name tag, so I had to get his name from the receipt. His unfriendly attitude and lack of a smile made it clear that he didn’t create a welcoming atmosphere. In my opinion, someone with such a demeanor shouldn’t be handling orders at the drive-thru. I believe he doesn’t deserve a raise, and I'd hesitate to promote him if I were in a management position. Overall, he made me feel unwelcome and not valued as a customer.
