The woman at the register was very patient with the couple ahead of me, who were trying to place special custom orders for their toddlers. My daughter and I knew exactly what we wanted and ordered quickly. When we arrived, they were busy fulfilling a few online orders, which caused a bit of a backlog, especially as more customers were coming in. There were quite a few of us waiting for our orders. The three employees handled the situation remarkably well, staying calm and focused as they prepared smoothies while managing the line. They might need a more efficient system or some extra staff to help out. Personally, I didn’t mind the extra wait, but I noticed others were starting to look a bit anxious.
Not sure who assisted me on 02.07.2021 at 7:30 A.M. but it was 2 males. They were on top of it. They got our ginger shots and drinks done quickly. I got the acai super antioxidant, and turns out that the replacement of one scoop raspberry sherbet for frozen pineapple makes it bigger. The guy who served it put it in the next size up. The way it should be. My hubby got the red gummi and really liked it.Thanks for your patience guys!
Im never disappointed in the mango plant based smoothie, I was not to satisfied with the Gatcha macha with topper cloud whip but it was not horrible. Strawberry whirl was refreshing. But my favorite has still been smooth talkin? mango I feel the oat milkgives it a kick I really enjoy! I did give this location 3 stars because Every time That I have ordered through DoorDash myorder does not get received or I am waiting for A long time for it to be completed, meanwhile people walk in and out and my appsays the order has been complete I get answers from all the employees stating that they did not receive my order however it saysthat it?s paid and being worked on through DoorDash I?m not sure if that?s a problem with DoorDash or the way they receive theorders. They always seem pretty busy so I definitely recommend you ordering in person rather then the apps, unless you?ve hadbetter luck than me!
I placed an order online and when I got to the store it still wasn?t ready so I sat and waited for the girls to make it. They made everyone in lines drink before mine and before making mine they talked about another online order before even starting inmine. I waited almost 20 mins for my drink to be made. I guess it?s harder because it?s a juice but I was late to work forsomething I ordered ahead of time.
