Fluffy Snoballs are sooooo good. The customer service is excellent. The ice is so soft. It reminds me so much of New Orleans!
Even above all the great sno ball treats, it’s the customer service for me. The way the owners and staff make you feel when you go there is just wonderful and uplifting. Fluffy’s is more than an ice cream shop. It’s like Cheers—a welcoming place where everybody knows your name and makes you feel good!
Brought the family by for a sweet treat. And we were blown away not just by great snowballs , but also by Kevyn, the owner. Customer service is defenenetly at the top of his list. You can try any flavors you want and his recommendations were all a hit. Glad to have him in the community. Roll up and get you a snowball, would highly recommend with a scoop of ice cream!

They are located in the neighborhood on Century between Western and VanNess. Great prices too! Can't wait to go back and bring the extended family and friends along!
