Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

We picked up takeout and out chicken was way undercooked. We didn't have time to call to let them know right away because we were rushed for time. When I called 2 days later and had both proof of purchase and pics of **** chicken the manager was very rude and told me "too bad, you should have called Monday". She refused to help me. I told her I would be posting photos and a review... but she simply said "do what you gotta do". That is no way to run a business and treat a loyal customer.

The meal was excellent and my kids love their food.. And my kids asked the waitress if they do anything for birthdays and she said they only give a dessert but rite now I don't really care about the dessert coz our waitress is kinda rude.. Rushed my kids to decide what kind of dessert she wants what kind of a server rush a kid to decide what they what... I am a server too but I never rushed any of my customers not even a kid... I used to like this location we always come to this location but I don't think we will come back again..

Most disorganized & substandard "take out" meal we have had in a long time. Order #'s were called long after people had left. Our order was sub par overall. Swiss Chalet has always been what we counted on but this is making us re-think it.

On a previous visit we had a terrible experience with service and quality and portion. SWISS CHALET went out of their way to make our visit right ! Steve from management looked after us making our next visit very enjoyable and delicious. We had the half chicken dinners and wing appetizers.We thoroughly experienced a wonderful evening out with delicious food and service.We recommend the chicken wing appetizer....The wings are small BUT delicious. thank you Swiss Chalet ! We do love your chicken !

Service was a bit slow, but it was pretty busy. The spinach dip was so bad it was almost laughable. It was like soup. Chicken was decent, but the portion was small. Kids had pizza, which wasn't quite cooked (cheese not completely melted). I'm starting to think Swiss Chalet is going downhill.
