What User likes about Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill:
We just love this location for Swiss Chalet. They do such a great job for service and the quality of the food. We went today for nov 11 and they did not let us down. The food was great and the service was even better. Thank you very much from a couple of Canadian Veterans. We will be back real soon. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill:
Most disorganized & substandard "take out" meal we have had in a long time. Order #'s were called long after people had left. Our order was sub par overall. Swiss Chalet has always been what we counted on but this is making us re-think it. View all feedback.

read moreSwiss Chalet, a once-beloved spot, is receiving mixed reviews. Some customers have been disappointed by undercooked chicken, rude service, and slow delivery. Others rave about the excellent food and service, especially on special occasions like Veterans Day. Regular patrons are noticing a decline in quality. Despite its location, convenient for lunch meetings, the inconsistency in experiences raises concerns about the restaurant's future.
