Amazing food. I tried the Londonlicious menu and the options were delightful! Went again with the family and still a good choice. The only complaint I have was the lasagna a little on the salty side. But other than that, the service was good.
We went on a Wednesday night after choosing from the Londonlicious heat wave addition and we were in the area. Hoping it wouldn’t be too busy it was raining hard. Get there and they were full, waiting for a couple reservations, had a couplegroups at the bar so we asked to just wait as some people were wrapping up the hostess went to talk with the boss and theowner actually came back and was able to open up a table for us (he was also on dish duty but respect to him for doing it all ! That was great and very appreciated. We didn’t end up ordering from the Londonlicious menu but it seemed good. They do startyou with bread and the oil/balsamic mix this always is perfect! We chose the arancini balls to start. You get 3 and they arequite big. I liked them and it is definitely worth sharing. My better half had the Tuscan chicken. The vegetables were not herfavourite, maybe oregano on them wasn’t the greatest mix (garlic would have been lovely! but the garlic mashed potatoes weregood. There was supposed to be a fig sauce but it seemed to evaporate so just seeds were left on the chicken that would havebeen nice with the goat cheese though. I had the vegetarian pizza. Very big, thin crust, the crust was good, toppings were good.Always add Parmesan and pepper if they offer. We debated dessert and ended up actually getting one each of the carrot cake andthe lemon tart, both are homemade. The tart is more like lemon custard rather than the lemon jello type that you can get, stillhad a meringue taste to it, and the crust was good. Was small but definitely worth a try (and be sure to add the strawberry jamto each bite . The carrot cake was fluffy, but quite rich. No raisins or walnuts just FYI. The icing was good. The only bigthing was, about halfway through, we found a hair. The server took half price off the dessert, which was nice, but obviously wedidn’t finish it. The wines are quite overpriced. I don’t mind paying for a bottle of one I can’t get
A little late for a review. But better late than never. Came here for a birthday dinner back in April, and was the best experience! The food was fantastic, service was wonderful and attentive. We had a request for a low sodium dish and the the chefwas able to prepare something nice to meet our needs. 5/5, two thumbs up, !00% recommend.
The best Italian in London! Great service, delicious food and amazing environment. The Arancini and Nonna's house meat balls entrees were a perfect start! The pasta a La Carbonara was our favorite! For dessert we had lemon pie and carrot cake theywere like the cherry in the cake soooo delicious! Radu the owner was so nice and welcoming. Loved it!!
My father was visiting from out of town and loves spaghetti and meatballs. I did some research and we ended up here. The owner greeted us at the door and our server Jade was wonderful. We shared a Caesar salad which was more than enough for two people. Mydad was very happy with the spaghetti and the meatballs were home-made and delicious. I went with the chicken parmigiana and wasnot disappointed. It was a huge portion and equally delicious. During our meal I saw a piece of carrot cake being brought toanother table and decided to order a slice to bring home. However, upon arriving home and opening the container it appeared asthough they scraped the bottom of the plate and threw it in the takeout container. There was no way it would have been served inthe restaurant (it was also about the quarter of the size of the slice I saw in the restaurant). Having worked in the restaurantindustry, I knew that owner should be made aware of this. I emailed him, along with a photo of the cake, and very kindlyexplained what a great experience we had at his restaurant…until we got home. He was very apologetic and thanked me forletting him know privately, as opposed to a negative review left publicly. To make up for it, he delivered two fresh pieces ofcake along with some lemon tarts right to my doorstep. Now how’s that for customer service! I will be back Radu, it was apleasure and I look forward to visiting again.
