I was at 3 different locations in 2022 to pidgin and each time was really wonderful. great service, we had the wine pairing menu to an estate and the waiter took the time to really chat through everything and recommended us some similar weeps that we could find in shops etc. eating is always excellent, there are some things I would never have ordered if I had seen them on a menu, but I was always pleasantly surprised... What Gordon Smith doesn't like about Pidgin:
Music was unbeliavably loud for such a small place,at the end it became really tiresome trying to have a chat at the table. No coffee or tea at the restaurant, which was quite surprising View all feedback.
An intimate and relaxed atmosphere for this 28 seats restaurant in Hackney.
On a two week food and art exploration of London, Paris and Provence, Pidgin was a standout.
It was our first time in the restaurant, but did not definitiw the last. amazing eating and weeping experience! highly recommended.
What an incredible place to enjoy her evening. the tasting menu was incredible and the wine pairing was one must. a great atmosphere in a small charming restaurant. the service was great and the food was fantastic. like this place is not michelin star I don't know. more impressive is how often the tasting menu is changed. will definitely return and would recommend to everyone
