Located on the outskirts of Epping and the beautiful Epping Forest, Haywards is an exquisite fine dining restaurant offering modern European cuisine. Guests can enjoy a great value set lunch menu on Thursday to Saturday lunchtimes, a varied a la carte menu for lunch and dinner Wednesday through Sunday, and an exceptional Taste of Haywards tasting menu on Wednesday to Saturday evenings. The main restaurant caters to diners of all ages, while a private dining room is available for families with children. Experienced staff ensure a memorable visit for all guests, with fantastic celebration packages available including weddings in the private dining room or exclusive use of the main restaurant. Accommodation is also available at the Gate House B&B.

This excellent restaurant deserves at least one Michelin star. our party had the lunch tasting menu with wine pairing and it was error-free. sweet bouch, delicious warm brot and then courses of fantastic food. the dessert of the fig and caramel soaps was like eating from clouds of mouth-watered pracht and then some gelled and minicakes. the wine that accompanied the food was perfectly balanced. at a head it was also a good value for money. we will come back as soon as possible.
Today, we celebrated our son's birthday at Haywards and after reading the reviews, I can confidently say that it deserves every single star. We have dined at most restaurants in the city, including those where the chef has worked, and Haywards is definitely the best. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending it to our friends. Haywards is a warm and delightful restaurant.
Very pleasant little restaurant served nouvelle cuisine. we had the pheasant, the damp and much tastier was as usual off the beaten track with good parking good and friendly service. Unbelievable
This restaurant has fantastic timing with its hours of operation. Our Sunday dinner experience was exceptional, from the appetizers to the starters, the presentation was outstanding and each dish was a culinary delight. This is not a place for a quick meal, but rather a special event. I have dined in many beautiful restaurants, but Hayward's is the best I have ever experienced.
