Masa is my jam. Definitely one of the very best places to eat in London. Good hibachi and good sushi ?

Well this was the first time I had eaten there,it was my birthday and my son and his family took me there and I loved it I will definitely go back.

First time trying tonight. Thought the food and experience was over the top. Service was good also refills right on time and explained everything because it was our first time. I gotta say I thought the prices were a little high but not to bad. But didn’t agree with the 18% tip automatically added to bill. I would’ve tipped generously just because of food and service. But feels like when I restaurant does this there customer service kinda goes down hill. Because they know there getting the tip no matter how they treat the customer. But over great place and will definitely be returning.Kid-friendliness: We had our two year old with us and the chef was nice and goofing with her also.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps and wide doors.

We went to Masa for my husbands birthday. He loves sushi and this is his favorite place due to the dessert options. He got sushi for two and it arrived on a boat, much to our 10 year old's pleasure. The sushi and sashimi are excellent. Our soup wasn't hot though, I do recommend they look into that. The salad dressing, while watered down, was tasty and it was the first time I enjoyed ginger dressing. Our son loved his mochi and of course my husband enjoyed his dessert roll.

Last night was my first and last visit to this restaurant. We got sat down and ordered it took almost two hours to get our order. In this time we saw almost 3 separate parties get sat and finished for hibachi as well as all the people seated around us.Food on the plate was cold accept for the chicken.
