Went there last night with a group of 13. We had a wonderful time. The set menus work like a charm, great choice of foods and some nice little treats. The staff were accommodating, friendly and attentive. We were a happy bunch doing shots and cocktails and the waiters ensured we never had to wait to order another drink. It was our friends bday and the staff had also brought out a lovely cake with candles for that occ... View all feedback.
What Alexander Bell doesn't like about Mommi:
The stars go only for the friendly waiter and the nice presentation of the food. Completely disappointed with the menu, quality and taste of the food. Went for a dinner with friends, ordered a few appetizers and mains each. Food generally was salty, not impressive at all and blunt. Croquetas were dry, looked and tasted like falafel. Literally. The sushi power bowl was sticky and plain. The grilled steak was very salt... View all feedback.
Mommi had a big call to live, but our brunch was great. very cool, modern and yet cosy furnishings. eating was not her typical brunch food, but definitiw options to please most. the employees were not particularly attentive, but by eating the same tokens and drinks came fast and were presented astonishingly artistically. would definitely recommend for those who are looking for something else with a wide palate.
Another month, another boozy brunch. wow, these youngs roll fast, not them! this month we were a small group and since we were a Bye-Bye party in the opposite, we decided to try mommi unlimited Sunday sushi floorless prosecco brunch. it all started so well.
Mummy daughters are the best at lunchtime; give me a great lunch with my mother with a glass or two of wein every day and I will be the happiest gal there. after a few days of the exploration of the center london last week we decided to try somewhere closer to home and so booked a table in the nikkei restaurant, mommi.
The girls and I went for our monthly blogger brunch club. After I had seen the newly opened restaurant mommi in the timeout like, I thought it would be a perfect excuse to go to clapham for a change. with a beautifully sunny day we have made the most sitting outside – tipp – which makes better lighting for photos. Mommi is very chic. her menu follows the suit where japan Latin America meets. we came for brunch but their main menu of sharing boards also look delish.
Amazing Vegan food! So great to get an exciting vegan meal. Starter of crispy gyozas. Lots of different flavours to excite the tastebuds. Main of cauliflower steak on fennels an cauliflower purée with zingy salsa with chilli and beetroot. Highly recommended!
