Really enjoyable lunch and a fantastic ice cream sundae. My only fault is that there is such a wonderful choice of ice cream I wanted them all! Will have to go back and try another flavour soon. Ice cream was good although felt the coffee was poor especially given the price you pay for it, went for a latte and to be honest I’ve had better in Costa...service was so poor that we could have literally left without paying, we didn’t, as after our ice cream was brought to the table we literally didn’t see any sign of our waiter for a good 40/45 minutes... A lovely treat and experience for myself and family whilst on holiday. Excellent value for money and very filling. Would definitely recommend and go again.
Had Parlour Tea which was priced less than an afternoon tea and it was delicious.
The service let the experience down, when the waitress was there she was very nice, however, the service was so slow inattentive. It was disappointing I expect better for the price we paid. It was a lovely place though all the staff were very nice throughout
A fun place for adults and kids alike. Great process of ordering ice creams for kids who love it!
We went especially for the Make your own Ice Cream Sundaes and really enjoyed them they were great. The service was very good. The only disappointment is the restaurant itself didn 't seem special it 's a bit dingy and down at heel which is odd as the shop itself is so smart.
