Very cool artisan bakery with a small but high quality range of pastries and bread. You'll never want a regular cinnamon bun again once you've had one of their pastries, the cardamom roll was so good it left me wanting another! View all feedback.
Small bakery with light interiors and handful of seats. Coffee is good though it is a bit pricy. Good option if you are looking for a quiet place for meeting or work in busy Covent Garden neighbourhood.
I became a fan of Fabrique thanks to its much loved cinnamon buns, the thought of which never fails me to lure me to the Notting Hill cafe on those weekend mornings where only the promise of pastries for breakfast can get me out of bed. The Covent Garden branch is very close to my office, and because of this, I usually visit it at lunchtime; even so, I'm ready to bet the quality of the cinnamon, cardamom and vanilla buns is just as high there. During the working week, when my packed lunch is soup or salad, my greatest pleasure is heading there to buy a walnut roll to go with my meal. That soft texture, and the slight sweetness of the walnuts meeting the savoury dough, really are something special. I’m usually full after eating half of it, but once I start, the only way you could ever stop me is by snatching the bread from my hands and throwing it far away I wouldn’t recommend that, unless you’re seeking the thrill of being cursed at by a very angry Italian). Fabrique specialise in artisan sourdough bread, mostly made with dark flours, baked in a stone oven. It’s on the pricey side, but even a small portion can go a long way: my partner and I get four servings out of a quarter of a walnut boule £3.50), and could easily stretch them to five or six, if we were less greedy. Saying that, when it comes to Fabrique’s bread, I find it hard to be anything but greedy. As it seems to be customary for Fabrique's cafes, the venue is a tiny rooms with a small counter. It's not as narrow as the Notting Hill branch, but it still takes skill for queueing customers not to get in each other’s way, or collide with the staff members waiting tables. Seating space feels like an afterthought, with tables so few, small and cramped, you won’t want to hang around any longer than necessary unless you’re a Tetris master, in which case you might find some twisted pleasure in trying to fit food and drinks on your table top). You get my point: if you need a spot for a leisurely catch-up with friends, or a couple hours of uninterrupted work, Fabrique may not be your place. Order your food to go if the weather outside is not too grim, or squeeze in, and discover what an elephant in a China shop might feel like. Don’t make this a dealbreaker, though, as the bread and pastries are a hundred per cent worth the hassle.

It's quite a small place, but a really pleasant one. I've noticed because of the bread display which really looks tempting. We ended up going inside for a sandwich and a juice. We've also tried the cinnamon roll which was pretty delicious and filling. Really pleasant place and would be back to try the coffee next time
First of all, I didnt expect that they would serve a good cappucinno, it tasted similar with the one that I had in Venice, loved it. Cinnamon bun was good also. A small pretty place to have a little snack.
